# Description Slide

Show an informational slide with no answer required.

Use **Description Slide** for instructions, context, section breaks, consent copy, or thank-you messaging between questions.

## Setup

1. Add a **Description Slide**.
2. Enter the title/text respondents should read.
3. Add a rich description (headings, lists, images, dividers) as needed.
4. Attach media if helpful.

Description slides are treated as optional (no answer is collected). Use [Logic & Actions](https://docs.voiceform.com/docs/logic-and-actions) if you need to skip past them conditionally.

## Common properties

You can edit the slide text and description, assign a variable name if needed, add [logic actions](https://docs.voiceform.com/docs/logic-and-actions), and attach images, audio, or video.
