Capturing multiple responses in 1 go

For an event we would like attendees to discuss reflection questions together. Instead of using MSForms could a group of 4-6 attendees use Voiceform to capture their input on 5 questions? Can these multiple recordings be summarized and analyzed within a few hours: we are hosting an event 17 December for approximately 350 people. Thanks for letting me know
