Date Picker

Let respondents choose a date from a calendar.

Useful for birthdays, appointment dates, event dates, and other date-specific answers.

Allowed date range

Under Allowed date range, choose:

• Any Date — no restriction
• Until now — only dates up to today
• From now — only dates from today onward
• Custom date range — set an explicit start and/or end date

Starting picker state

Starting picker state controls what respondents see first when opening the picker:

• Date
• Month
• Year

Text input look

Enable Text input look to present the date field more like a text input while still using the date picker.

Common properties

Like other question types, you can set question text and description, mark the question optional, assign a variable name, add logic actions, and attach images, audio, or video.
