Collect a rating on a scale with star, heart, user, or number icons.

Useful for satisfaction, quality, and opinion scales.

Scale setup

1. Add a Rating question.
2. Choose the scale length from 1 to 10.
3. Pick an icon style:
   • Star
   • Heart
   • User
   • Number

Respondents select one value on the scale.

Common properties

Like other question types, you can set question text and description, mark the question optional, assign a variable name, add logic actions, and attach images, audio, or video.
