How to Share and Embed a Voiceform

Share your Voiceform with a public link, embed it on a website, or send it by email.

Open the Share tab

Open your survey in the builder.
In the form header, click Share.

The survey should be published before you share it with respondents. See Publishing Survey.

Share with a link

In the Share Voiceform section, find the public link.
Click Copy (the button briefly shows Copied).
Optionally share with the social icons (email, Twitter/X, Facebook, WhatsApp).

Respondents open the link to take the survey in a full Voiceform experience.

Embed in a web page

Scroll to Embed in a web page.
Choose an embed style:
- Standard — survey inline on the page
- Single Question — one question at a time (common for embedding into another form)
- Full-Page — survey fills the page when it loads
- Popup — dialog overlay with a trigger button
- Slider — slides in from the side
- Popover — floating button (chat-style)
- Side Tab — fixed side tab that opens a panel
In Embed Settings, customize size, button/tab look, or (for Single Question) which question to show.
Preview desktop or mobile in the dialog.
Click Get code, then Copy Code, and paste the snippet into your site.

For Standard and Single Question, you can also use Get iframe code if your page cannot load the widget script.

Share by email

On the Share page, open Send an email.
If the feature is on your plan, click Get Started.
Enter email addresses (or upload a CSV list when available).
Click Next, customize Subject, Title, Body, and Call to action button text.
Click Send Emails.

Email sharing may be limited to custom plans. If you see Contact us, reach out to enable it.

Find participants

On the same Share page, Voiceform Audiences / Find Participants helps you recruit respondents for studies when that product feature is available.
