Multiple Choice

Let respondents pick exactly one option from a radio-button list.

Useful for mutually exclusive choices (preferred plan, primary reason, single preference).

Options

1. Add a Multiple Choice question.
2. Use Add Option or Bulk Add to create choices.
3. Drag to reorder.
4. Optionally enable Randomize Options, and Exclude from randomization for fixed items when needed.

For multi-select answers, use Checkbox instead. For long lists, consider Dropdown.

Common properties

Like other question types, you can set question text and description, mark the question optional, assign a variable name, add logic actions, and attach images, audio, or video.
