Use Description Slide for instructions, context, section breaks, consent copy, or thank-you messaging between questions.

Setup

1. Add a Description Slide.
2. Enter the title/text respondents should read.
3. Add a rich description (headings, lists, images, dividers) as needed.
4. Attach media if helpful.

Description slides are treated as optional (no answer is collected). Use Logic & Actions if you need to skip past them conditionally.

Common properties

You can edit the slide text and description, assign a variable name if needed, add logic actions, and attach images, audio, or video.
